MGOCSM Civil Service Academy is an institute for academic excellence and is the first IAS Academy in the capital city of Kerala. It was founded in the year 1991 with the aim of transforming young talented aspirants to able civil servants. Blessed memory H. H. Mar Thoma Mathews II Catholicos of MOC and late C.K. Kochukoshy IAS (Rtd.) were the visionary founders of this academy. In the changing world, the academy also adapted a facelift. MGOCSM CSA is revolutionizing the Civil Service world by introducing an exclusive Civil Service campus. MGOCSM IAS HUB is the first residential hub in Kerala.
